Somali Community Organisations Network

Somali organisations across the city have been meeting with the support of b:cen since February 2004.  Following the commitment and dedication of more than 35 of these groups, Friday 19th November saw their vision, efforts and hard work rewarded with the launch of the Somali Community Organisations Network (SOMCON).

 

 SOMCON is the umbrella for the 35 Somali community organisations in West Midland .  SOMCON aims to bring the Somali community together have stronger voice.
